The following products cannot be returned or refunded:

• Accessories (earrings, etc.)
• Items bought on final sale or marked as non-returnable
• Customized or altered products

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund approval or rejection.
• If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund will be processed to your bank account or wallet, as per your preference.

3. Our team will guide you with the return process and pickup, if available.

• Return shipping charges will be borne by the customer
• In case of our fault (wrong item), we will arrange free pickup or reimburse return charges.
